Effect of Partial Prepayments on Required Payments. Each partial prepayment of the principal of the Notes made pursuant to this Section 5.2 shall be applied against and reduce each of the then remaining Required Principal Payments by a percentage equal to the aggregate principal amount of the Notes so prepaid divided by the aggregate principal amount of the Notes outstanding immediately prior to such prepayment. Such calculation shall be made, and such prepayment shall be applied, without regard to the Series of any Note.
