If any legislative action otherwise modifies or diminishes the direct allocation of Opioid Settlement Funds to Participating Local Governments so that as a result the Participating Local Governments would receive less than 75 percent of the Opioid Settlement Funds (inclusive of amounts received by counties per statutory appropriation through the Minnesota Opiate Epidemic Response Fund), then the allocation set forth in Section II.B will be modified to ensure Participating Local Governments receive 75% of the Opioid Settlement Funds.
