Common use of Effect of Release and Waiver Clause in Contracts

Effect of Release and Waiver. Executive understands and intends that this Section 6 constitutes a general release of all claims except as otherwise provided in Section 6(a), above, and that no reference therein to a specific form of claim, statute or type of relief is intended to limit the scope of such general release and waiver.
