Common use of Effect of Replacement Clause in Contracts

Effect of Replacement. In the event of the substitution of a Replacement Airframe or Engine as contemplated by Section 11 of the Lease and Section 5.06 hereof, all provisions of this Indenture relating to the Airframe or Engine(s) being replaced shall be applicable to such Replacement Airframe or Replacement Engine(s) with the same force and effect as if such Replacement Airframe or Replacement Engine(s) were the same airframe or engine(s), as the case may be, as the Airframe or Engine(s) being replaced.

Effect of Replacement. In the event of the substitution of a Replacement Airframe or Engine as Trust Indenture 74 - 69 - contemplated by Section 11 of the Lease and Section 5.06 hereof, all provisions of this Indenture relating to the Airframe or Engine(s) being replaced shall be applicable to such Replacement Airframe or Replacement Engine(s) with the same force and effect as if such Replacement Airframe or Replacement Engine(s) were the same airframe or engine(s), as the case may be, as the Airframe or Engine(s) being replaced.
