Effect of requisite adaptations. Requisite adaptations established either: by agreement of the parties and in respect of which XXX has given a notice of consent to requisite adaptations under paragraph 3.4; or by the determination of XXX under paragraph 3.5 or 3.6 and stated in a notice of determined requisite adaptations, shall have effect from such date as XXX states in the relevant notice of consent to requisite adaptations or (as the case may be) the relevant notice of determined requisite adaptations. More than one modification notice may be given. Any difference or question as to whether any thing is a requisite adaptation shall be determined by XXX: on the application of either party; and in accordance with such procedure (including as to consultation) as XXX may by notice to the parties determine.
