Effect of Reverse Appeal Resolution. 7.5.1. If Great Rivers or the State Fair Hearing officer reverses a decision to deny, limit, or delay services that were not furnished while the Appeal was pending, the Contractor must provide the disputed services no later than seventy-two hours (72) from the date Great Rivers received notice the adverse benefit determination being overturned.
