Effect of Revocation. If Employee exercises Employee’s right to revoke Employee’s agreement to those provisions of this Release releasing and waiving Employee’s rights and claims under the ADEA or otherwise challenges this agreement under the OWBPA, the Separation Pay and Benefits shall be reduced to one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) in total and Employee shall not be entitled to the balance of the Separation Pay and Benefits as detailed in the Separation Agreement. Employee acknowledges and agrees that the reduced Separation Pay and Benefits will constitute full and adequate consideration for Employee’s release of any and all non-ADEA claims in this Release as detailed in Section 1 above. F.
