Effect of Series Supplement. Upon the execution of the Series Supplement or any amendment pursuant to the provisions of the Series Supplement or hereof, this Indenture shall be and be deemed to be modified and amended in accordance therewith with respect to the Notes affected thereby, and the respective rights, limitations of rights, obligations, duties, liabilities and immunities under this Indenture of the Indenture Trustee, the Issuer and the Holders of the Notes shall thereafter be determined, exercised and enforced hereunder subject in all respects to such modifications and amendments, and all the terms and conditions of the Series Supplement or any amendment shall be and be deemed to be part of the terms and conditions of this Indenture for any and all purposes.
