EFFECT OF STRIKE AND PICKETS. The Union agrees that it will not refuse to cross a picket line unless such picket line is directed against the Employer in its capacity as and Employer and unless such picket line is authorized by the International Union of the picketing Union, and unless the Employer has been notified by the Union by registered mail at least three (3) working days in advance of its intention to honor the picketing Union’s line.
