Effect of Supplementary Conditions. For the purposes of clause 2.1(c) of the Agreement, where there is any inconsistency between the following Supplementary Conditions (including those described as “additional Supplementary Conditions”) and the Standard Terms, the following Supplementary Conditions will prevail over the Standard Terms to the extent of the inconsistency.
