Effect of Suspension. The suspension of any rights under this clause 30 does not affect or suspend any other obligation of the Access Holder, including the obligation to pay Access Charges under this Agreement, and is without prejudice to Aurizon Network’s other rights and remedies in respect of that or any other default.
