Common use of Effect of Termination on Obligations; Survival Clause in Contracts

Effect of Termination on Obligations; Survival. Termination of this Agreement, including Early Termination as between the Companies and a XXXX Supplier for any reason, shall not relieve the Companies or such XXXX Supplier of any obligation accruing on or prior to such termination. All provisions of this Agreement which must, in order to give full force and effect to the rights and obligations of the Parties, survive termination or expiration of this Agreement shall so survive, including Articles 5, 10, 11, 12 and 13 and Sections 2.6, 6.6, 6.9, 8.1(d) and (h), in accordance with the terms thereof.
