Common use of Effect of These Terms Clause in Contracts

Effect of These Terms. Except as expressly modified by the Addendum, the terms of the Agreement remain in full force and effect. To the extent of any conflict or inconsistency between this Addendum and the other terms of the Agreement, this Addendum will govern. This Addendum replaces all other privacy, security or other data protection terms of the Agreement. Any liabilities arising in respect of this Addendum are subject to the limitations of liability under the Agreement.
