Effect of Waiver, Release, Etc. Any obligation or liability of an Indemnifying Party in respect of any claim of an Indemnified Party to be entitled to indemnification under this Agreement may in whole or in part be released, compounded or compromised, by time or indulgence given by an Indemnified Party in its absolute discretion without in any way prejudicing or affecting its rights under this Agreement in relation to any other claim or matter or any other rights it may have.
