Effect on Discontinuance of Proceedings. In case any proceeding taken by the Trustee under the Indenture or this Agreement or under any other Security Document on account of any Event of Default hereunder or under the Indenture shall have been discontinued or abandoned for any reason or shall have been determined adversely to the Trustee, then, and in every such case, the Agency, the Trustee and the Holders of the Bonds shall be restored, respectively, to their former positions and rights hereunder and thereunder, and all rights, remedies, powers and duties of the Trustee shall continue as in effect prior to the commencement of such proceedings.
