Effect on existing facilities. Design-Builder shall notify the ADR before any proposed shutdown, outage, or Work of any nature that will interrupt or disturb any building or utility system or equipment served by that system. Shutdowns, where unavoidable, shall be scheduled at the convenience of UGAA and UGA.
