Effect on liability of Buyer. 8.3.1 Notwithstanding any liability or obligation that may arise under this Agreement, any loss, damage, liability, payment, obligation or expense which is insured or not or for which the WPD can claim compensation, under any Insurance shall not be charged to or payable by Buyer.
