Common use of Effect on lower tier transactions Clause in Contracts

Effect on lower tier transactions. The terms of this Exhibit shall apply to all contracts, subcontracts, and subawards, and the information privacy and security requirements Contractor is obligated to follow with respect to CDPH PCI disclosed to Contractor, or collected, created, maintained, stored, transmitted or used by Contractor for or on behalf of CDPH, pursuant to Contractor’s agreement with CDPH. When applicable the Contractor shall incorporate the relevant provisions of this Exhibit into each subcontract or subaward to its agents, subcontractors, or independent consultants.
