Common use of EFFECT ON OBLIGATION TO CONVERT Clause in Contracts

EFFECT ON OBLIGATION TO CONVERT. If notice has been given pursuant to subsection 3.1 or 3.2 hereof requiring the Eurodollar Loans of any Lender to be prepaid or converted, then, unless and until such Lender notifies the Company that the circumstances giving rise to such prepayment or conversion no longer apply, the obligation of such Lender to make or convert to Eurodollar Loans shall be suspended.
