Effect on Other Plans. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to limit the rights of the Executive under the Company’s benefit plans, programs or policies (including, without limitation, the Plan); provided, however, to the extent there is a limitation set forth in this Agreement such limitation set forth in this Agreement shall control.
