Authorized Deductions. The Board agrees that whenever duly authorized by any employee on a form or forms appropriate for such purpose and consistent with the regulations established by the Business Services, payroll deductions shall be made and paid over in accordance with such form or forms for any or all of the following purposes:
1. Donations to the Friendship Fund
2. Union dues 3. YMCA dues
Authorized Deductions. I agree that if I owe the Company any sum of money at any time during my employment or at the termination of my employment, the Company may deduct the sum owed by me from any compensation due to me to the extent permitted by law. This shall include, but not be limited to, amounts owed to the Company for overpayments, use of unearned benefits, and damaged or unreturned equipment.
Authorized Deductions. 7.3.1 The District will submit dues or fees, upon request of faculty member for payroll deduction to the following:
7.3.1.1 A Professional Faculty Association (Ed. Code 87833, paragraph 1);
7.3.1.2 Faculty Association of the California Community Colleges. (FACCC);
7.3.1.3 Academic/Faculty Senates;
7.3.1.4 Any special fund administered by the Board or the Faculty Association, or both;
7.3.1.5 Payments or contributions as may be mutually agreed upon by the Board of Trustees and the Faculty Association;
7.3.1.6 Payments to a credit union or bank;
7.3.1.7 Purchase of government savings bonds;
7.3.1.8 Premiums for insurance sponsored by a professional Faculty Association;
7.3.1.9 No deduction shall be permitted during the term of this Agreement for the payment of any dues, fees or contributions to any faculty organization as defined in Government Code 3540.1 other than the Faculty Association.
Authorized Deductions. Teachers may individually and voluntarily authorize deductions for flexible spending, direct deposit and tax- deferred plans.
Authorized Deductions. Education Assistants may individually and voluntarily authorize deductions for District approved deduction programs.
Authorized Deductions. Pursuant to Section 00-00-000 MCA, upon written authorization from a member of the bargaining unit, the District shall deduct from the pay of that employee the monthly amount of dues as certified by the Association and shall deliver the dues to the treasurer of the Association. In situations where net pay after taxes and other deductions is not enough to fund dues deductions, no deduction will be taken. In order for a deduction to be made for a given month, the authorization form must be received by the School District no later than the fifth day of said month.

i. Additional withholding tax ii. Approved medical plans iii. Short-Term Disability Salary Insurance

Authorized Deductions. Pursuant to Section 00-00-000 MCA (1999), upon written authorization of any employee within the bargaining unit, the District shall deduct from the pay of that employee the monthly amount of dues as certified by the Union and shall deliver the dues to the treasurer of the Union. In situations where net pay after taxes and other deductions is not enough to fund dues deductions, no deduction will be taken. Written authorization of any employee for deduction from pay for dues shall be effective beginning the month after the authorization is received by the School District unless it is received by the School District on the first day of the month, in which case the deduction will be effective for the period beginning with said month. .
