Effect on Royalties. To the extent that Spansion retains any of the licenses granted under Sections 3 and 5 following any termination of this Agreement, the obligations of Spansion under Section 6 shall survive. To the extent that Section 6.1 survives, Sections 6.2 through 6.7 shall survive.
