Effect on XXXX. Except as provided herein, the terms and conditions of the XXXX shall remain in full force and effect and are hereby reaffirmed and incorporated herein. All terms not defined in this Addendum shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the XXXX. The terms of this Addendum shall control over any conflicting terms in the XXXX.
