Effect Subd. 1 This Agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement between the Employer and the Association. The provisions herein relating to terms and conditions of employment supersede any and all prior agreements, resolutions, practices, School District policies, rules or regulations inconsistent with or contrary to the provisions of this Agreement. Any matters relating to the current contract term, whether or not referred to in this Agreement, shall not be open for negotiation except by mutual consent during the term of this Agreement.
