Common use of EFFECTIVE AND TERMINATING DATES Clause in Contracts

EFFECTIVE AND TERMINATING DATES. The Agreement shall be effective from October 1, 2008 and shall remain in force and be binding upon the parties until September 30, 2012 and from year to year thereafter, unless terminated by either party on written notice within four (4) months immediately preceding the expiry of this Agreement.
