EFFECTIVE AND TERMINATING DATES. (a) This Agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2019 and shall remain in force and be binding upon the parties until December 31, 2021 and from year to year thereafter unless terminated by either party on written notice served during the month of September. All notices on behalf of the Union shall be given by the Staff Representative and the Administrator shall give similar notices on behalf of the Employer. Where either party prior gives no notice, both parties shall be deemed to have been given notice under this section.
