EFFECTIVE AND TERMINATING DATES. (A) This Agreement shall be effective from April 1, 2012 and shall remain in force and be binding upon the parties until March 31, 2014 and thereafter until a new Agreement has been consummated. Employers newly certified during the term of this collective agreement and who are added to the Appendix of the Consolidated certification with the Union shall negotiate the application of the terms of this agreement with effective dates as agreed upon between the parties. (B) The operation of Subsection 2 of Section 50 of the Labour Relations Code of British Columbia (or any succeeding Acts) is specifically excluded from this Agreement. (C) All terms of this Agreement shall come into effect at 0001 hours on the dates stipulated within the Agreement.
