Effective and Termination Dates. ‌ 41.01 The term of this agreement is from its effective date of April 1, 2019 until its expiry date of March 31, 2022. 41.02 The provisions of this agreement continue until it is superseded by a subsequent agreement. 41.03 It is agreed that the operation of Subsection 2 of Section 50 of the Labour Relations Code is excluded from the Agreement.
