Common use of EFFECTIVE DATE AND LENGTH OF AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

EFFECTIVE DATE AND LENGTH OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement will become effective on August 1, 2023. The duration of this Agreement is for the period of August 1, 2023 through July 31, 2026. This Agreement may be extended by mutual agreement upon the same terms and conditions for an additional one (1) year term. The Parties may exercise up to two one-year extensions. Any extension of this Agreement must be approved in writing by the City Manager.

The Parties may exercise up to two three one-year extensions. Any extension of this Agreement must be approved in writing by the City Manager.

Any extension of this Agreement must be approved in writing by the City Manager’s Office.
