Staff Exchange. (1) Proposals regarding the attachment of academic staff or researchers to a host institution shall be agreed in writing between the departments and institutes concerned well in advance of the period of stay.
(2) The parties to the agreement share the view that due consideration should be given to the wishes of both parties regarding the exchange of personnel and connected matters.
Staff Exchange. The Parties intend to support close collaboration between their respective concerned staff and intend to explore potential staff exchange and secondment opportunities to ensure the successful implementation of this MOU.
Staff Exchange. The Parties shall facilitate the mutual exchange of research and teaching staff, administration personnel and other employees under the following conditions:
a. each visit must be approved by the host Party;
b. The principles of the cooperation according to this agreement are based on the fact that each contracting party as a delegating institution covers the costs concerning the delegation of its teachers and employees in compliance with the internal regulations of the delegating institution. Upon mutual agreement by both Parties financial matters connected with the visit may be agreed ad hoc.
Staff Exchange. The partners will notify each other of the proposed staff to be exchanged during the calendar year. The sending institution will arrange all matters concerning travel and accommodation costs for their staff. The host university will assist them in finding suitable accommodation.
Staff Exchange. 1-1 Exchange of Academic Staff
Staff Exchange. The faculty/staff of an institution under the terms of the memorandum may participate in a variety of activities at the other institution. Such activities may include: faculty exchange for instructional and/or research activities for short-term or extended periods; conferences, seminars and/or lecture series; professional consultation on special projects within the institutions; exchange of short-term visits to explore the development of activities between the two institutions In general, faculty exchange activities are implemented through a request/review/approval process involving both institutions. The PPNS and HSB look forward to initiating this agreement with a view toward developing a broad range of long-term and mutually beneficial academic activities.
Staff Exchange. The Parties shall facilitate the mutual exchange of research and teaching staff, administration personnel and other employees under the following conditions:
a. each visit must be approved by the host Party;
b. with visits lasting for up to three days the travel costs are covered by the sending Party or the visitor; the cost of accommodation and per diem is covered by the host Party;
c. with visits longer than three days, all financial matters connected with the visit will be agreed upon by both Parties.
Staff Exchange. A leave without pay and fringe benefits, and without the loss of accrual of seniority may be granted at the sole discretion of the Employer for participation in a staff exchange program with another library. Such leave will cover a period not to exceed one (1) year, but extendable to two (2) years for good cause. Subsequent return will be based on seniority and placement will be in accordance with Section 15.01 of Article 15 (Xxxxxx and Recall).
Staff Exchange. Both institutions agree to welcome visiting staff members from the other institution and try to motivate their staff to participate in staff exchanges. Both institutions must approve any staff exchange in advance.
3.2.1 The number, period and duration of staff exchanges may vary, according to the needs and requirements of the schools/departments involved;
3.2.2 Reasonable efforts will be made to exchange equal numbers of staff between the institutions, on the basis of parity;
3.2.3 There is no financial responsibility of the host institution for visiting staff; The host institution will create adequate working conditions for visiting staff members and will assist, where needed, in finding suitable accommodation and handling immigration formalities.
Staff Exchange. 1.1 Applicants for participation in the exchange programme will be selected by their home university and be subject to approval by the host university.
1.2 The number of persons included in the staff exchange will normally be three persons per institution in an academic year.
1.3 The period of exchange is subject to mutual agreement but will normally not exceed two months.
1.4 The host university will provide workspace, library and other facilities and assist in locating living accommodation.
