Common use of EFFECTIVE DATE AND TIME OF PERFORMANCE Clause in Contracts

EFFECTIVE DATE AND TIME OF PERFORMANCE. A. This Contract shall take effect upon execution by the parties and will terminate upon approval of final Project closeout by the Department, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Contract. The specific activities to be performed by the Grantee will be completed according to the Project Request, Implementation Schedule, and Budget to be submitted by Grantee and approved by the Department.

The specific activities to be performed by the Grantee Contractor will be completed com­pleted according to the Project Request, Implementation Schedule, implementation schedule attached hereto as Exhibit B and Budget to be submitted specifically incorporated herein by Grantee and approved by this reference. The Contractor may modify the implementation schedule set forth in Exhibit B only upon obtaining the prior written approval of the Department.
