Common use of EFFECTIVE DATE AND TIME OF PERFORMANCE Clause in Contracts

EFFECTIVE DATE AND TIME OF PERFORMANCE. (a) This contract shall take effect on October 31, 2011 execution by the parties and will terminate upon completion of the final closeout by the Department, or by October 31, 2013, whichever comes first, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms of this Contract.

EFFECTIVE DATE AND TIME OF PERFORMANCE. (a) This contract Contract shall take effect on October 31, 2011 upon execution by the parties and will terminate on March 31, 2022 or upon approval of Grantee’s Project completion of the final closeout report by the Department, or by October 31, 2013, whichever comes firstis later, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms of this Contract.

(a) This contract Contract shall take effect on October 31January 10, 2011 execution by the parties 2018 and will terminate upon completion of the final closeout by the Department, or by October 31January 9, 20132019, whichever comes first, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms of this Contract.

(a) This contract Contract shall take effect on October 31November 19, 2011 execution by the parties 2017 and will terminate upon completion of the final closeout by the Department, or by October 31November 19, 20132019, whichever comes first, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms of this Contract.

(a) This contract Contract shall take effect on October 319, 2011 execution by the parties 2017 and will terminate upon completion of the final closeout by the Department, or by October 319, 20132019, whichever comes first, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms of this Contract.
