Effective Date Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay on the Effective Date to the Lenders and the Administrative Agent the fees required to be paid on such date pursuant to this Agreement and the Fee Letter.
Effective Date Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay on the Effective Date to the Arranger, the Lenders and the Administrative Agent the fees required to be paid on such date pursuant to the Engagement Letter. In furtherance thereof (and without duplication of the foregoing), the Borrower agrees to pay to each Lender an initial yield payment equal to the sum of 0.25% of its Initial Revolving Loan Commitment on the Effective Date, with such payment to be earned by, and payable to, each such Lender on the Effective Date.
