Common use of EFFECTIVE DATE, MODIFICATION, AND TERMINATION Clause in Contracts

EFFECTIVE DATE, MODIFICATION, AND TERMINATION. This Agreement shall be in effect when signed by the Customer and the District, and shall remain in effect thereafter until the earlier of the following: (1) the Interconnection Agreement between the District and the Customer is terminated, or (2) the end of the Service Term under the Interconnection Agreement. In addition to termination of the Interconnection Agreement and the end of the Service Term under the Net Metering 2.0 Schedule, this Agreement may be terminated only by mutually signed written agreement of both the Customer and the District and such termination shall be effective the last day of the Customer’s billing cycle.
