Common use of Effective Date of Amendments Clause in Contracts

Effective Date of Amendments. Any amendment under Section 9.1 shall be effective not less than thirty (30) Days after notice to Subscriber (Licensee). Subscriber (Licensee) may voluntarily terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the PatentBook Administrator prior to the effective date of such amendment. If Subscriber (Licensee) voluntarily terminates this Agreement prior to the effective date of such amendment, the amended terms of the Agreement shall not be binding upon Subscriber (Licensee).
