Request for Reconsideration. Unless Treasury extends the time period, within 60 calendar days of receipt of a notice of recoupment provided under paragraph (c) of this section, a recipient may submit a written request to Treasury requesting reconsideration of any amounts subject to recoupment under paragraph (b) of this section. To request reconsideration of any amounts subject to recoupment, a recipient must submit to Treasury a written request that includes:
(1) An explanation of why the recipient believes all or some of the amount should not be subject to recoupment; and
(2) A discussion of supporting reasons, along with any additional information.
Request for Reconsideration. A regular employee or a group of regularemployees has 30 calendar days to submit a request for reconsideration of a classification decision to DHR. Employees without email, will be asked to verify receipt of a paper copy of the decision, and will have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. A regular employee must request reconsideration prior to filing a grievance or an appeal to the Personnel Board. Failure to request reconsideration to DHR in 30 calendar days shall be considered as acceptance of the reclassification decision. A group of regular employees may fill out one request for all included individuals, or one or more of the regular employees may submit individual requests for reconsideration. TLTs may request reconsideration only if they are a member of group reclassification request filed by regular employees that are requesting reconsideration.
Request for Reconsideration. The member will make a written request to PRISM for the appropriate Committee to reconsider their position, citing the arguments in favor of the member and any applicable case law that applies. The member can also, request a personal presentation to that Committee, if it so desires.
Request for Reconsideration. B.3.6.1. The subject signatory may, within 60 days of notification of a decision, request reconsideration of a decision imposing conditional status and request independent reconsideration of its case. Requests for reconsideration must be based on one or more of the following grounds:
a) that there was a failure to follow these Rules, and / or
b) that there were substantial errors of facts in the report considered by the signatories which were likely to have affected the decision reached by the signatories, and / or
c) that the report considered by the signatories did not include relevant information, and had that information been placed before the signatories there was a reasonable likelihood that a different decision would have been made.
B.3.6.2. If reconsideration is requested, and the Committee determines that the request is valid, the Committee must ensure that within six months of the decision, a reconsideration panel which is established in the same manner as a Review Team using Periodic Review, but has no membership in common with, the original Review Team(s) is established and reports its outcomes.
B.3.6.3. During reconsideration the signatory will continue to enjoy the full benefits of being a signatory.
B.3.6.4. The reconsideration panel shall determine the procedures and criteria under which it operates, but at all times its procedures must be consistent with these Rules and procedures as far as this is reasonably possible.
B.3.6.5. The full costs of any such reconsideration must be borne by the subject signatory.
B.3.6.6. The right to request reconsideration may be exercised only once.
B.3.6.7. The recommendations of a reconsideration panel must be considered by the signatories by a Special Meeting using a suitable meeting method as soon as reasonably possible, and one of the following decisions made: .
a) that the accreditation / recognition system in question be accepted by the other signatories, for a period of six years; or
b) that the accreditation / recognition system in question be accepted by the other signatories, for a period of not more than two years, subject to the signatory concerned providing, within six months, a report which satisfies the other signatories that adequate steps are being taken to address specific issues; or
c) that the signatory immediately be downgraded to a non-voting conditional status for a period of not more than two years, and that specific requirements to be addressed be stated.
Request for Reconsideration. The Publisher may request reconsideration of instructional material when the Publisher disagrees with the initial Commission recommendation.
a. A Publisher shall have 30 days to respond to the evaluation and request to have materials reviewed again during the next applicable review cycle.
b. During the period of reconsideration request, materials shall be marked as tentative and shall not be given official status. These materials shall not be posted to the Internet site until recommended through the official instructional material process.
c. A Publisher may be asked to send a second set of sample materials to the USOE.
d. A Publisher will submit in writing their argument for reconsideration. This information will be provided to the second review committee and the subject area specialist, as well as the Instructional Materials Commission.
e. If the Commission votes to change the recommendation, the State Board of Education shall consider the Commission’s revised recommendation at the next scheduled Board meeting and make a final decision.
f. A Publisher will receive written notification that a recommendation is final and shall receive a copy of the new evaluation. Evaluations may now appear on the Internet.
Request for Reconsideration. The member will make a written request to the Authority for the appropriate Committee to reconsider their position, citing the arguments in favor of the member and any applicable case law that applies. The member can also, request a personal presentation to that Committee, if it so desires.
Request for Reconsideration. If a staff member feels they have not been fairly considered they may ask to have their particular case reconsidered. The request for reconsideration must be in writing and be forwarded to the Human Resources Department within 2 weeks. Any reconsideration requests will be reviewed by the Human Resources panel.
Request for Reconsideration. A. A party may submit a request to the Administrator for reconsideration of a decision within twenty (20) calendar days after the day the decision was received by the parties.
Request for Reconsideration. In the event of a request for reconsideration, the Operating Committee shall review the request for reconsideration within thirty (30) days of its receipt of the request and make a determination thereon. The determination must be finalized and shall be conveyed in writing to the Participant within five (5) business days of becoming final.
Request for Reconsideration. Respondent may request the Board to reconsider the Board’s decision or recommendation issued pursuant to section 4252, subdivision (a)(2), or 4253. The request for reconsideration must be in writing and received by the Board within 30 days of the Board’s decision or recommendation.
