EFFECTIVE DATE OF ORDER. The effective date of an Order shall be the date upon which the Order is accepted by the later of NDC or the University without modification or amendment.

Effective Date of Coverage An eligible employee is entitled to benefits provided he is actively at work on the first day the Long Term Disability Benefit Plan becomes effective. An eligible employee absent from work due to sickness or accident at the effective date of the Plan, shall only be eligible for Long Term Disability Plan benefits upon the return to continuous active full-time employment for a period of more than four consecutive weeks. The Company shall have the right to give medical examinations to employees returning from such lay-off to determine their eligibility under the Plan.
EFFECTIVE DATE OF CONTRACT This contract shall not become effective until and unless approved by the City of Nashua.
Effective Date of Agreement The provisions of the agreement will come into full force and effect on the date of ratification, unless specified otherwise.
Effective Date; Term This Agreement shall become effective on the date first written above and shall remain in force for a period of time of two years from such date, and from year to year thereafter but only so long as such continuance is specifically approved at least annually by the vote of a majority of the Trustees who are not interested persons of the Fund, the Adviser or the Sub-Adviser, cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of voting on such approval, and by a vote of the Board of Trustees or of a majority of the outstanding voting securities of the Series. Effective December 17, 2020, all provisions of this collective agreement shall be read to be gender neutral.

EFFECTIVE DATE OF PLAN Stock Awards and Options may be granted under this Plan upon its adoption by the Board, provided that no incentive stock option will continue to be effective unless this Plan is approved by a majority of the votes entitled to be cast by the Stockholders, voting either in person or by proxy, at a duly held Stockholders’ meeting or by the consent of Stockholders owning more than fifty percent (50%) of shares of the Common Stock within twelve months of such adoption.
Effective Date; Duration This Agreement shall become effective when signed by both parties and approved by the City’s legal counsel. Unless sooner terminated, this Agreement shall expire on June 30, 2019.
