In-Force In the event the Board determines that it is necessary or desirable to reduce the number of employees in the school district, the Board's official action ordering such reduction shall not become effective for at least fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of such action. In the event the Board determines that it is necessary or desirable to reduce a department, the Board’s official action ordering such reduction shall not become effective for at least sixty (60) calendar days from the date of such action.
