Common use of Effective Date of Revocation/Termination or Nonrenewal Clause in Contracts

Effective Date of Revocation/Termination or Nonrenewal. If Osprey Wilds decides to revoke/terminate or not renew the Contract, the revocation/termination or nonrenewal shall be effective on the date of Osprey Wilds' act of revocation/termination or nonrenewal, or at a later date as determined by Osprey Wilds, such date specified by Osprey Wilds in its determination of revocation/termination or nonrenewal. Osprey Wilds must take final action regarding revocation/termination or nonrenewal no later than twenty (20) business days: (i) before the specified date for revocation/termination or non­renewal of the Contract, or (ii) the Contract's termination date.
