Osprey Wilds, upon reasonable belief that grounds for revocation/termination or nonrenewal of the Contract exist, shall notify the School Board of such grounds by issuing the School Board a notice of intent to revoke/terminate or not renew. The notice of intent to revoke/terminate or not renew shall be in writing, shall set forth in reasonable detail the alleged grounds for revocation/termination or nonrenewal, and shall state that the School Board may request in writing an informal hearing before Osprey Wilds within fifteen (15) business days of receiving the notice.

  • Remedies Not Involving Termination The State, in its discretion, may exercise one or more of the following additional remedies:
