Effective Date of the Agreement. This Agreement shall be and become effective as of the date that it is executed by a duly authorized officer or employee of the City, it being the intention of the parties that the Developer shall first execute this Agreement and thereafter submit it to the City. The City shall insert the effective date in the Development Reference Data in all counterparts of this Agreement and shall transmit a fully executed counterpart to the Developer.
