Intention of the Parties Definitions 1.1. (b) Investing in Financial Assets and cash in foreign jurisdictions may involve risks of loss or other burdens and costs. The Customer acknowledges that ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is not providing any legal, tax or investment advice in connection with the services under this Agreement and will not be liable for any losses resulting from Country Risk. (c) The terms and conditions of this Agreement are applicable only to the services which are specified in this Agreement.
UCC Definitions Unless otherwise defined herein or the context otherwise requires, terms for which meanings are provided in the UCC are used in this Security Agreement, including its preamble and recitals, with such meanings.
