Effective Date Payment. No later than January 13, 2015, Retrophin will pay to Asklepion five million dollars ($5,000,000).
Effective Date Payment. On the Effective Date, EIX shall pay the Effective Date Cash Amount to the Reorganization Trust by wire transfer of immediately available funds.
Effective Date Payment. In partial consideration for the expenses incurred by GMI in research and development of Licensed Product prior to the Effective Date, Pfizer shall pay GMI twenty-two million five-hundred thousand dollars ($22,500,000) within fifteen (15) days after the Effective Date, which payment shall be non-refundable and non-creditable.
Effective Date Payment. You will become vested on the Effective Date in the right to be paid One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,500,000) (the “Effective Date Payment”). The Effective Date Payment will be paid to you in a single lump sum in cash on the Effective Date.

In consideration of the rights, licenses, representations and warranties granted or made by Access herein, AMAG shall make aggregate payments to Access in the amount of Three Million Three Hundred Thousand U.S. Dollars ($3,300,000) within five (5) Business Days after receipt of an invoice from Access, such invoice to be delivered on or after the Effective Date.
Effective Date Payment. As partial consideration of the license and other rights granted to TiGenix and obligations of MSB hereunder, TiGenix shall pay to Mesoblast Sàrl five million Euros within three (3) Business Days of the Effective Date, which payment, once paid, shall be non-refundable, and shall not be creditable against any other amount due hereunder.
Effective Date Payment. Phenomix shall pay to ActivX immediately upon Dismissal of the Action the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($750,000.00).
Effective Date Payment. Buyer shall have made the Effective Date Payment in accordance with Section 3.2.
Effective Date Payment. In partial consideration of the licenses and other rights granted by Universal to Adaptimmune herein and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Adaptimmune shall pay the sum of two and a half million US Dollars (US$2,500,000) to Universal within ten (10) Business Days of the Effective Date subject to receipt of an invoice from Universal.
Effective Date Payment. On the Effective Date, the Company shall pay to the Executive $3,000,000 in cash.
