Examples of Effective Date Cash Amount in a sentence
On the Effective Date, EIX shall pay the Effective Date Cash Amount to the Reorganization Trust by wire transfer of immediately available funds.
On or before 14 days prior to the Effective Date, or such other date before the Effective Date as reasonably determined by the Debtors, the Debtors shall provide the DIP Agent, the Prepetition Agent, and the UCC an estimate of the Effective Date Cash Amount.
