Effective Relationships. The Authorities undertake to develop and maintain clear roles and responsibilities for each of them and to develop relationships at the appropriate levels within each organisation providing direct and easy access for the others’ representatives.
Effective Relationships. (a) Each Authority acknowledges and agrees that it is engaged in a long- term relationship with each of the other Authorities for their mutual benefit through the delivery of the Joint Contract. Each Authority shall use all reasonable endeavours to develop and maintain an effective joint process to ensure that the Joint Contract is carried out appropriately and in accordance with the principles set out in this Agreement.
