Effective Time of Notice. A Notice given to a Party in accordance with this Article XIX shall be deemed to have been given and received: (a) if personally delivered to a Person’s address, on the day of delivery; (b) if sent by courier or prepaid mail, on the day of delivery; and (c) if transmitted by facsimile to a Person’s facsimile number, and a correct and complete transmission report is received by the sender, on the day of transmission.
