Owner’s Notice. If Owner believes that an Emergency has arisen in relation to the Facility, Owner may give Notice to Operator specifying the nature of the Emergency which it has identified and the manner in which it requests such Emergency to be rectified. Operator shall rectify such Emergency with all due diligence. If Operator fails to comply with such Notice promptly, Owner or its designees shall have the right to take such actions as may be necessary to remedy such breach by Operator and rectify the Emergency.

Owner further agrees to reasonably cooperate with Vendor by providing any non-confidential information reasonably requested by Vendor for purposes of verifying the information contained in Owner's Notice.

  • STOP WORK NOTICE The City may issue an immediate Stop Work Notice in the event the Contractor is observed performing in a manner that is in violation of Federal, State, or local guidelines, or in a manner that is determined by the City to be unsafe to either life or property.
