Effectiveness and Term of this Agreement. 10.1 This Agreement shall be formed and become effective upon being signed/sealed by the Parties or their authorized representatives. The Pledgors and the Company shall register the equity pledge under this Agreement with the competent industrial and commercial authority and provide the Pledgee with the equity pledge registration certificate in a form satisfactory to the Pledgee. The Pledgee shall provide full cooperation in connection therewith.
