Amendment and Termination of Agreement (a) We may amend any provision of this Agreement by giving you written notice of the amendment. Either party to this Agreement may terminate the Agreement without cause by giving the other party at least thirty (30) days' written notice of its intention to terminate. This Agreement will terminate automatically in the event of its assignment (as defined in the 1940 Act).
Effective Date, Suspension and Termination Section 6.01. This Agreement shall become effective upon its execution by the parties.
Amendment and Termination No amendment, modification, termination or cancellation of this Agreement shall be effective unless it is in writing signed by both the parties hereto. Effective Date and Termination Date This Contract becomes effective on the Contract Start Date or the date on which the Contract is fully executed by both parties, whichever is later. No party shall perform work under this Contract before the effective date.
