Injection Characteristic. The maximally usable injection rate shall be subject to the following restriction regarding the characteristic: • The customer shall be entitled to use up to a working gas account balance of WGABI1 the contracted total of injection rate (IR100%) up to 100 %. • From a working gas account balance of WGABI1 up to a working gas account balance of WGABI2, the customer shall be entitled to use an injection rate up to IRred1. • From a working gas account balance of WGABI2 up to a working gas account balance of WGABI3, the customer shall be entitled to use an injection rate up to IRred2. • From a working gas account balance of WGABI3 up to a working gas account balance of WGAB100 %, the customer shall be entitled to use an injection rate up to IRred3. Injection Characteristic. The chart below shows the firm injection characteristic of the contract that is schematically shown and described hereafter. The parameters IR100%, IRred, WGABI, WGABInt and WGAB100% used in this schematic chart and explained in the characteristic description are specified in the table by number 1.3.2. The maximally usable firm injection rate is therefore subject to the characteristic restriction as described below: • Customer shall be entitled to use up to a working gas account balance of WGABI the totally contracted firm injection rate (IR100%) up to 100%. • From a working gas account balance of WGABI up to a working gas account balance of WGABInt customer shall be entitled to use a firm injection rate up to IRred. • From a working gas account balance of WGABInt up to a working gas account balance of WGAB100% customer shall be entitled to use a firm injection rate up to IRred but on an interruptible basis only, i.e. depending on VGS’s ability and capability.

  • Characteristics The Initial Contracts have the following characteristics: (i) all the Contracts are secured by Motorcycles; (ii) no Initial Contract has a remaining maturity of more than 84 months; and (iii) the final scheduled payment on the Initial Contract with the latest maturity is due not later than June 2014. Approximately 77.89% of the Principal Balance of the Initial Contracts as of the Initial Cutoff Date is attributable to loans for purchases of new Motorcycles and approximately 22.11% is attributable to loans for purchases of used Motorcycles. No Initial Contract was originated after the Initial Cutoff Date. No Initial Contract has a Contract Rate less than 3.989%. The last scheduled payment date of the Contracts (including any Subsequent Contracts) is due not later than September 2014. Approximately 98.98% of the Principal Balance of the Initial Contracts as of the Initial Cutoff Date is attributable to loans to purchase Motorcycles manufactured by Harley-Davidson or Buell and approximately 1.02% of the Principal Balance of the Initial Contracts as of the Initial Cutoff Date is attributable to loans to purchase Motorcycles not manufactured by Harley-Davidson or Buell.

  • Substance Abuse Testing The Parties agree that it is in the best interest of all concerned to promote a safe working environment. The Union has no objection to pre-employment substance abuse testing when required by the Employer and further, the Union has no objection to voluntary substance abuse testing to qualify for employment on projects when required by a project owner. The cost and scheduling of such testing shall be paid for and arranged by the Employer. The Union agrees to reimburse the Employer for any failed pre-access Alcohol and Drug test costs.

  • Unbundled Loop Concentration 2.8.5.1 Upon the Effective Date of this Amendment, the Unbundled Loop Concentration (ULC) element will no longer be offered by BellSouth and no new orders for ULC will be accepted. Any existing ULCs that were provisioned prior to the Effective Date of this Amendment will be grandfathered at the rates set forth in the Parties’ interconnection agreement that was in effect immediately prior to this Amendment and may remain connected, maintained and repaired according to BellSouth’s TR73600 until such time as they are disconnected by MyLineToo, or BellSouth provides ninety (90) calendar days notice that such ULC must be terminated.

  • Dangerous Goods, Special Wastes, Pesticides and Harmful Substances Where employees are required to work with or are exposed to any dangerous good, special waste, pesticide or harmful substance, the Employer shall ensure that the employees are adequately trained in the identification, safe handling, use, storage, and/or disposal of same.
